At Sleek Therapy UK, we provide a combination of counselling and talking therapies to help all members of the family overcome their difficulties.
We work individually with children, young adults and parents.
We are based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK. We also provide support nationwide via online video conferencing.
Sleek Therapy UK is a growing provider of individual counselling for children, young people and parents or carers. If you or your child is struggling with their mental wellbeing or are experiencing chronic stress, you don't have to suffer alone. Our Team of therapists are here to help.
We work one-to-one with an individual* for an agreed period of time. Therapy sessions can be anywhere from 6-20 sessions depending on your or your child's needs, complexity and therapeutic goals.
*We do not currently provide family therapy or group therapy

How does it work?
your mental wellbeing, your way of healing
Children, young people and their families are often confused and scared by their feelings and behaviours. It can be very hard to talk about feelings and make sense of the world. Therapy helps children and young people recognise and describe their feelings, explore thinking patterns and understand why they behave the way they do.
At Sleek Therapy UK, we support parental mental health as well as children and young people. Parents are central to a child's life, no matter their age, and the more you understand and can support in a healthy way, the more likely you are to foster a solid and secure relationship with your child.
1. book your free
You can complete the referral form or call us on 01922 927084 to book your free 15min telephone consultation.
This is the first step in getting the support you need.
2. complete the paperwork
After your initial consultation, you will be sent the paperwork which must be completed and sent back before an assessment appointment is booked.
The paperwork includes a referral form, consent form and other necessary documents required to provide you or your child with therapy.
3. attend the needs assessment
The assessment appointment* is required before the commencement of therapy. The assessment appointment helps your therapist to get to know you/your child and an opportunity to explore the issues that bring you to therapy. It informs your therapist of possible treatment approaches and length of treatment. After the assessment, you will then book your/ your child's therapy sessions with the therapist. Therapy sessions can be weekly, biweekly or monthly.
*Assessments for children are conducted with parents/guardians only.
We are not able to provide a crisis service.
