18-25 years old

Are you aged 18 to 25 years old? Feeling a bit down lately? Not coping with daily stressors? Self-harming or having suicidal thoughts?

We can help you with mild to moderate mental health issues you are currently experiencing. All of our therapists work in an integrative way; this means we use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you combat issues, improve self-awareness, encourage you to see things differently and learn to live life to the full.


Why do we work up to the age of 25?

The NHS Long Term Plan for children's mental health services, highlighted the need to better support the transition from children's mental health services to adult mental health services. There is a need for intermediate care for 18-25 year olds as you transition into adulthood, whilst maintaining the quality of mental health support.

We work with you up to the day before your 26th birthday. That way your support does not end because you become a legal adult. We can stay with you throughout the turbulent time of young adulthood. Your care and support remain, until you no longer want or need the support, or you turn 26.


Sessions are 50 minutes.
