There is no obligation to continue with or have frequent sessions with us. It is highly recommend to keep to frequent sessions until improvement is seen.

Absolutely. We are committed to confidentiality. Information is only shared if there's a risk of harm to your child or others. We'll discuss any concerns with you and explain who will be informed and why.

24hours written cancellation notice is required (email or text message to your counsellor). If we receive less than 24hours notice, full charge is applicable to your appointment.

It might not always be the case where you can reschedule for the same week.

If you cancel with the required notice period, there is no charge. Cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged at the full rate. You won't be charged if your therapist cancels or reschedules.
