Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Concession and low-income household rates are available upon discussion. The discounted rates are subject to each individual's circumstance. There are a select number of discounted slots available.

Is my information kept safe and confidential?

YES! We are bound to confidentiality. The only time information is shared is if there is a risk of harm to yourself or to others.

How often will my sessions be?

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This depends on the kind of help and support you are looking for.
There is no obligation to continue with or have frequent sessions with us. You are free to come and go as you choose.

Can you prescribe medication to me?

No. You will need to contact your GP for this.

Can I contact you whenever I need to talk to someone?

Your therapist is not available outside of your appointment. In the case of an emergency, you should seek a GP appointment or call Samaritans on 116 123. If you are in crisis, you should call or ask someone to call 999.

I need to change my appointment for next week, is this possible?

24hours written cancellation notice is required (email is acceptable).
It might not always be the case where you can reschedule for the same week.

Do I have to pay for a cancelled/rescheduled session?

If you cancel with the required notice period of your appointment, then you are entitled to 100% refund.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment, then you are entitled to 0% refund.

How can I pay for a therapy session?

There are three payment options:

  1. Pay for each session, each week,  two days prior to the appointment

  2. Pay for 3 sessions up front  then continue to pay in 3s.

  3. Pay in full and receive a 5% discount on the total cost

Payments are made via BACS.
